Waitlist privacy notice
Version 2026-07-23. This notice describes Maska's proposed waitlist capture. Its wording and retention schedule require owner and legal approval before the website is deployed.
Why we collect it
We use the waitlist to understand interest in Maska and to contact people who explicitly ask to hear about availability. We will not use the list for marketing campaigns until double opt-in and unsubscribe controls are available.
What we keep
We store the normalized email address, the form source, the consent notice version, the consent time, and the subscription time. We do not store IP addresses, browser user agents, challenge tokens, or unrelated profile information with the subscription.
Retention and access
Access is limited to authorized Maska operators. We retain an address only while evaluating interest and meeting access or deletion requests. A specific retention period will be approved and documented before deployment.
Your choices
To ask what we hold or request deletion, email hello@maska.co.in. We will verify the request without disclosing whether an address is already on the list to an unverified requester.
